Letter of Intent

This is a sample of my Letter of Intent, which I send to our Superintendent every summer (this is Wyoming specific):

Dear School Superintendent,

I am home schooling my children, M____ and K____ , for the 2015-2016 school year. I am writing to inform you of compliance with W.S. 21-4-101 & 102. We will be in attendance for 175 days during the school year.

Following are the curricula and resources we will use (some from internet). We would like to request that this information remains confidential, unless consent is given to release it, per 20 U.S.C. § 1232g (a)(5)(A)(B).

I would appreciate if I could receive acknowledgement of receipt of this letter. Thank you.
